Here everything revolves around an eight-course menu (eggplants on embers, chorizo, blood sausage, provoleta cheese, a juicy piece of matambre, smoked "ceja" with pineapples, rib eye...) in which, in a very didactic way and with constant interaction between the grill masters and the customers (the vast majority are tourists and groups of friends), they explain in detail everything they do, from the origin of the firewood to the cutting of the meat, the origin and feeding of the cattle, the best accompanying sauces...
