I've been to most of these and loved them; the remaining bars, I’ll visit personally soon!

Bar Hemingway

Get ready to pay *for the experience*. 38 EUR for a cocktail... and the ambiance, exclusivity, small snacks served with the drinks, and stunning white roses for all the ladies' drinks. This place is famous, glitzy, expensive, and a fun splurge for a special occasion (or just because!).

I definitely took my rose home and it brought me joy for several days so, you know, it was the gift that kept on giving...!

Ambiance: A warm, inviting atmosphere with a mystique to it. Located in the Ritz Carlton hotel, enjoy your favorite beverage among the historic memorabilia of Hemingway, F Scott Fitzgerald and other famous writers, composers and intellectuals.
