"Four friends opened this chain of gelato shops. The gelato maker learned his skills in Bologna and created his flavors inspired by his experiments. The have cream based gelato as well as Sorbets for vegans and lactose intollerant clients. Their menu also point out any ingredients that may contain products which contain Flour, which celiacs can't have, like their Bignolosa, which has cream puffs in it or the cheesecake. Just let them know before you order if you have any intollerances. They do a cream free chocolate which is intense!"

"This place was a pleasant surprise for me as it looks a little commercial- don’t be fooled! This place is truly a hidden gem of super unique flavors, some I haven’t seen anywhere else in Florence, such as Maya, chocolate with chili peppers…hot hot hot but sooo good! Reminds me of my Texas roots! Great, inventive flavors, friendly service and a great place to rest your barkin’ heels after a day of exploring! "

"gelateria a due passi dalla Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, consistenza del gelato incedibile, consiglio di provare il gusto “strega nocciola” "
