"8.6 - We've been to a number of Thai restaurants lately, and we were unaware how different menus can get with this cuisine! The best part of Soothr is the way the toe the line between weird Thai delicacies and Americanized staples. We're not just talking pad thai and curry puffs, as Soothr takes a very unique but incredible spin on Americanized Thai food, shoving lesser known delicacies on the menu instead of JUST the basic Thai staples we're all used to. Please get the shrimp or crab Karee because that sauce is out of this world (it may look like mush but it was the best thing we ate all night), and even the pad see ew was something to write home about. This place truly did not disappoint and we need to go back to try more. Not a single bad item but watch out for the spice, Thai "spicy" is far worse than us Americans are used to! We put it just slightlyyy below our rating of Fish Cheeks only because of how unique the Fish Cheeks menu was. Don't get us wrong, Soothr had a very cool menu as well (both extremely unique) but Fish Cheeks had no mention of Thai noodle staples, relying solely on their stranger offerings, which was a big success! That being said, between all dishes we tried at both of these spots, the Karee dish at Soothr was the best dish hands down..."

"Thai food is usually great with accommodating gluten free and Soothr doesn't miss the mark. Items are clearly marked on the menu to make it straightforward and easy. Shrimp pad Thai is a must. This place is gluten free and friendly - just urge them to cook the food separately as it isn't an entirely gluten free facility. "

"This is one of our favorite spots in the city for Thai food. Just do yourself a favor and order one of everything! This place has hands down the best pad see ew you can get, it comes with beef and you can't change it. The chicken khao soi is so flavorful and filling, you want this on a cold day. "
