"Count Cavour used to call this place home so its another castle this time from the 13th century and its so worth a visit event just to see the beautiful complex. The enoteca was one of the first to be established in the region and is still great today. The selection is strong and they have a bit of everything including some of the white that tend to be forgotten next to the reds. - On the floor above the Enoteca is the Grinzane Cavour Restaurant which is open for lunch and dinner most days
