"Root Down is a pretty famous Denver foodie attraction so I'm sure you've heard of them already...but did you know they can accommodate celiacs? They prioritize fresh-from-the-earth ingredients to create incredibly delicious dishes. I really enjoyed their Devils on Horseback (Tender Belly Bacon, Smoked Almonds, Gournay Cheese Fondue, Peppadew Peppers & Sherry Gastrique). They also do some mad brunch!
Pro tip: there is also a Root Down in Denver International Airport and it will probably be the best gluten-free airport meal you've ever had. "
