"So, this is technically a café inside the Hague's central library, but I spent so much time at this location how could I not include it! I loved going to the library to sit and read, journal, or just spend some quiet time alone. And since they had a café inside, I found myself returning more often than I anticipated. It's reliable, cheap, and straightforward. There are better café's out there, but I believe this one serves a different purpose, and it's important nonetheless."
