"The hostel was great! As soon as we arrived we were immediately welcomed by Mark the hostel owner who is English and permanently lives in Phitsanulok. Him and the other hostel guests, made us feel being part of the "hostel family". His wife was also around and they took us to the local night market, showing us around. They are very welcoming and happy to organize trips or give you recommendations. The small rooftop terrace is a perfect place to hang out in a hammock and get to know the other travellers."
