"Baška is a cute village in the southern part of the island Krk, with its stone flowers and Moon mountain. It is reachable by a plane, a bus, a car and by a ship. Here you will find amazing 2 kilometres peeble beach, witha lot of summer activities as jet ski, kayaks, surfing, snorkeling, children playgrounds, etc. Also, here you can find a dog beach if you are travelling with your fav being. City centre hides the cutest cozy paths to wonder, promenade and a lot of cultural heritage (museums, churches, Bašćanska ploča which is of huge importance for croatian history and language). You would be amazed with clubs, beach bars and nightlife here, as well. Baška staza Glagoljice (Baška glagolitic path) is a project in which exploring the Baška area, you will encounter 34 stone sculptures describing glagolitic letters, an old croatian language. There is an interactive guide possible to be found in a tourist info spot or some travel agencies there. Sounds like a perfect way to spend your spring, sunny day while having completely authentic photo shooting here, as well. Moon mountain (Moon plato) is an amazing area for hiking and nature lovers, as it is area on Krk near Baška completely covered in stone - both nature made and human made one.
