"If you are eager to visit Croatian national parks Paklenica, Plitvice lakes, Kornati, North Velebit and Krka, this cute place is good for your accomodation as it is close to all of them! Bigger cities close to Pakoštane ( Pa-kosh-tha-ne pronounced) are Zadar and Šibenik, famous touristic coastal cities, rich with culture, nice food and interesting activities during spring and summer time (but you could also try your luck and check them out in winter time, a lot of stuff would be closed, but you will have whole places for yourself and few other people). Pakoštane is also situated near the sea as well as Vransko lake nature park ( good for walking, bird - watching, cycling, quad safari). "
