What people say

"This is a special place, cozy, hidden among olive and vine tree fields. Eating at Riccardo's trattoria is like a feast. Artisan products, in-season vegetables, and local meats are cooked to perfection. The waterfall of small antipasti and handmade pastas like strascinati with cime di rapa are unmissable. Getting to Minervino Murge can be a drive. Check before departing. Avoid dinners unless you are staying nearby and never on weekends for lunch as it gets crowded with locals and service is too long."
"Surrounded by 50 hectars of land, Masseria Barbera's strong point is transforming what the surrounding land gives them into delicious food for their guests. Wine is also very important here, over 200 bottles including many natural options"
