What people say
Garrett Sears
"Corniglia is the least known and the least visited of the five towns in Cinque Terre. People usually skip it, discouraged by the lack of a port and difficult accessibility; however, those who do come here usually fall in love with this little village and even claim it to be their favorite terra out of the five!"

"If I had to rank the 5 towns, Corniglia would be in the last position. But it has really good restaurants. If you come here by train you will have to climb the steps to the top so it's not for everyone. Alternatively you can take a bus to the town. "

"The smallest and least accessible village. To get there, you’ll need to tackle the Lardarina staircase with its 382 steps. Honestly, there's not much to see here. I'd recommend spending more time in Vernazza or Manarola."
