I am a person that loves slow-travelling, loves eating where the locals eat and I like to think I have a good taste when it comes to food. I am also tired of all the bad touristic places that are recommend all over google and by tour guides. I often see on YouTube or TikTok tourist who come to Bucharest and are send by food guides to tourist traps where the people from Bucharest do not eat and where the ingredients are of poor quality. So I decided to present you my take on Bucharest food. Expect a lot of local ingredients, in-season ingredients, delicious dishes and amazing stories. This guide is going to be divided into Lunch/Dinner Places, Brunch Places (here I have some incredible recommendations) and Places with Romanian food (authentic restaurants that offer local and in-season ingredients).
