We suggest starting with the delicious brioche-style bread with smoked butter, followed by the beetroot, “alcauciles” (artichokes) and the Brussels sprouts (“repollitos”). The agnolotti is a very popular main course with guests, although meat-lovers will also be keen to order the lacquered pork steak (“churrasquito de cerdo laqueado”).
