"This hotel is amazing. Eagle beach is the absolute best. We were upgraded upon arrival. The staff is very friendly. It is not all inclusive and this is your option if you're looking for luxury. It's not close to the main strip like the Riu and Courtyard so you need to keep this in mind if you want to explore the island. We rented a car for 3 days when we stayed here. "
