Olympic National Park  Weekend Trip 

This budget-friendly itinerary will walk you through visiting one of the most diverse national parks in the country, Olympic National Park.  As always, feel free to pick and choose trails from this itinerary to customize it to your needs.

For the ultimate WA National Park road trip, I would recommend spending 2-3 days in each park to fully experience their beauty and maximize your trip. Depending on your exact goals, plans can be adjusted to still enjoy 1-2 days in each as well.

If you have a whole day, this is the place to go. This water is crystal clear and highly refreshing on a summer day. Grab some snacks, go for a small hike and enjoy the afternoon by sitting and swimming in the amazing lake! 

Great stop for a picnic and stellar views. Stop by at Lake Crescent Lodge for renting Kayaks or Paddleboards. You can also choose to stroll around on trails like Moment in Time Trailhead.

We visited Lake Crescent at sunset and wow was it stunning. I would highly recommend.
