"If surfing is not for you and you would rather stay dry, you can take a wildlife tour from Jamie's whaling station. You even have the choice between whale and bear watching! Tofino is a great place to see grey whales, humpbacks and orcas. But you may have already taken a whale watching tour in Vancouver, which is why I would go for a bear watching tour instead. I also think it's more unique and specific to Tofino! The bears of Vancouver Island are often spotted on the shore eating shells, this is why you can take a boat tour to watch them, sometimes from really close! In addition, the scenery going through Tofino inlet and all the small islands is absolutely stunning.
Both bear and whale watching tours cost 169$ for about 3 hours. "

"Highly rated whale watching company (type of whales depends on the season). "
