"Ichiro all comes down to a single man, Yang Sun, and his vision for good ramen. The idea is ”fine dining” level ramen, with daily fresh produce based on classic japanese thinking with a Swedish twist.
The menu is very limited (usually a good sign!) with just a Tantan and their own ”Ichiro” ramen. Both featuring Sapporo style noodles, pork broth and their delicious Shiitake mushrooms. You can also get Guydon or other bowls if you want to mix things up."
