"Since opening in 2021 Tengu has quickly become a big favorite of ours. One of the original founders of Totemo operates here, so you know there’s a legacy. They offer refined craft bowls built with attention to detail but still playful and interesting. Their chicken Shio topped with Iberico chashu is the real highlight. The great thing with Tengu is that you can also get a smaller version of any of their bowls, which is perfect if you want to mix in some other dishes from the grill menu or are introducing the wonderful world of ramen to someone new. They pack just as much flavor as the full size ones."
