Island Adventures

"Island Adventures will take you on a half day whale watching cruise! They offer tours departing in the morning and afternoon. We opted for the 3pm tour departing from Anacortes. This whale watching tour was the highlight of our trip! While each tour will vary depending on season and weather, we got extremely lucky on our tour! At the beginning of our tour we stopped for a quick sighting of Harbour Seals with Pups and Steller Sea Lions. As we continued on we got incredibly luck to see 3 pods of Orca Whales who were on the hunt. After they had dinner, they were extremely playful and breached the surface of the water countless times. We got to spend the majority of our trip back to Anacortes following the pod of Orca's and admiring their jumps and tricks. "
