This itinerary covers the island of Oahu, HI and is perfect for anyone who is looking for more of adventurous trip than a relaxing vacation (though we definitely did lounge on the beach some.... because how can you not!) This was one of my first big trips with my boyfriend, and we did not have a ton of extra funds to spare at the time. We wanted to do something epic together for our one year anniversary, so we booked a Hawaiian escape for 4 short but very sweet days! We were even face to face with a tiger shark named Roxie (sans cage) at 7 AM on the day of our one year anniversary, so I would say we accomplished our goal of an epic first trip, and I am so excited to share exactly what we did in our few days there.
