"I think you are only allowed to stay overnight in off seasons but this was an excellent spot with beautiful views over saunton sands There are 4 lay-bys along croyde road between croyde and saunton sands. Some are quite small so weren’t wide enough for our van and you need to get there reasonably early to get a good spot. Be aware it’s also quite close to the road There aren’t any facilities but the saunton sands car park has toilets and a cafe "
