"We stayed on the lay-by a little out of Mary Tavy unfortunately it wouldn’t let me tag the exact location on the map but below if how to find it.
If you head down Brentor Road and then Station Road towards Brentor. At the corner where there is a fork in the road, take the road on the right and then the lay by is in front of you.
The lay-by is sheltered all round by a gorse bush but it is right next to the road. The lay-by is quite large so you don’t open your door into the road. There are no facilities here but the road is reasonably smooth and easy.
It has a beautiful view of the church on the top of the hill and we had a beautiful sunset just behind it. "
