"The Musée océanographique de Monaco (Monaco Oceanographic Museum) is a public oceanographic museum located in Monaco-Ville, Monaco. Founded in 1910 by Prince Albert I of Monaco, the museum is dedicated to the marine environment and its preservation. The museum is home to a collection of over 6,000 marine animals, as well as a variety of exhibits on marine biology, oceanography, and conservation. The museum is located on a cliffside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The building itself is a work of art, with a Neo-Byzantine façade and a series of terraces that offer stunning views of the sea. The museum's exhibits are spread over three levels. The first level houses the aquarium, which is home to a variety of marine animals, including sharks, rays, fish, and invertebrates. The second level houses exhibits on marine biology and oceanography. The third level houses exhibits on conservation and the challenges facing the marine environment."

"Built in the Baroque Revival architectural style, this museum opened its doors in 1910. It has an impressive façade above the sea. I did not go because I am spoiled living in Lisbon with one of the best aquariums in Europe nearby (plus it is not a topic I am particularly interested in), so I can not say much about the inside, but if it is a topic that interests you, you should go!"
