"A large square with an even larger flagpole. Previously the flagpole was the largest in the world; now it ranks seventh. Next to the Arab Revolt Plaza are a number of small glass bottom boats. While the glass bottom piece is underwhelming, the boats are an awesome opportunity to get on the water and see Aqaba from a unique perspective - particularly if you time it to sunset! From the Gulf of Aqaba you can see four countries: Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel, and Egypt. A tour should run you 20 JD for 30 minutes regardless the size of the group; in the past there was set pricing but be prepared to haggle if need be."
