"Did you know that a lot of cities have their own Botanical Garden that you can visit? My partner James and I always love to include this in our travels because its a moment of quiet and chance to reconnect with nature. Although travel is AMAZING it can be chaotic and slightly stressful with different scheduling, time zones and new foods. Thus the chance to connect with nature is something I'd highly recommend to balance any itinerary.
If on your travels you have a chance to go barefoot on some grass such as this botanical garden or a local park do it as its very good for your health. I've attached a link below to explain some of the benefits of grounding.
Also attached below is Newton's Apple Tree which is on the Botanical Gardens grounds and is descendent of the tree where Isaac Newton discovered his theory of gravity. Something to be sure to see whilst you're there at the gardens!"

"Attached to the university, the botanical garden is a lovely place for a stroll, especially when visiting in spring or summer. Completely free and open to the public, it is one of the best green spaces in the city"
