"Located at the far North end of Colón, past Bluff, is the area known as Mimbitimbi. There are two main attractions here. La Piscina is one of them! It's small bay where the ocean gently flows in, protected from those relentless waves. It's a perfect spot for a refreshing swim since the water is calm and inviting. Make sure to check out the famous Blue Lagoon nearby!
The landscape changes as you venture north. Instead of the typical lowland tropical forest, you'll be greeted by tall grass and open pastures which is different from the rest of the island.
It's a bit off the beaten path, but trust me, it's totally worth the effort. Up here, you won't find any restaurants, homes, or hotels like in other parts of the island. It's a more secluded area, which adds to its charm. "

"On the north side of the island, a beautiful beach and place to swim where colorful fish and coral are aplenty."
