Dream Prague
"The LEGO Museum of Prague is such a great way to take a break from the busy streets of Prague and escape the crowds of tourists. The founder, Mr. Krecek founded and opened 5 different locations of the LEGO museum in The Czech Republic, Prague being the largest one of them all. You can find 20 thematic exhibitions containing a total of 3,000 unique models, which are composed of more than 1,000,000 LEGO® cubes! Aside from Prague's dominant historical miniatures, more worldly-famous structures can be seen in their LEGO forms here. If history isn't your jam, don't fret! They have other collections dedicated to Star Wars, Harry Potter, superheroes, trains, knight figures, and more! What's even more supreme? The museum has a section dedicated to actual LEGO building which is dedicated to visitors of all ages. 📍LOCATION ✓border of Old and New Town, a few steps from Národní or Můstek metro stops 🛞 stroller accessible ⚾ TYPE OF ACTIVITY ✓interactive museum 🪟INDOOR activity 🔢 AGE APPROPRIATE ✓ all ages 😍 🎒THINGS TO BRING/PACK ✓drink & snacks and empty bags for all the LEGO pieces your kids will want to buy 🤣 🥨 FOOD & 🥤DRINK ✓no food options inside so make sure you have drinks with you ✓since it is situated right in the city center, you can grab food literally next door but we do recommend "Creme de la Creme" ice cream parlor for an afterward treat -- they have easily the best gelato in the city *vegan options available! 💰 COSTS ✓Adults: 285 CZK ✓Kids: 180 CZK ✓Family: 655 - 845 CZK (depending on the size of your family) ❗️Buy tickets online to prevent long queues! ⏰ TIME LENGTH ✓1 hour (for the museum) BUT easy up to 2 hours if you love LEGO and take time to build something NEARBY ➕ National Theatre ➕ Wenceslas Square ➕ Kafka's Head ➕ Creme de la Creme ice-cream parlor (trust us, you'd want to make a stop there) ➕ Vltava river ➕ Žofín (park & playground & cafe) ➕ Střelecký Island "Shooter's Island" (playground & cafe) "
