Havelská Koruna

What people say

Remi Gourmel
"📍Metro stop "Mustek" (old town) This could be a great place for lunch if you are exploring the old town. Havelska Koruna is one of the rare affordable restaurants in the hyper centre of Prague. If you want to have lunch like a local, then this is the place to be. You are in for quite an experience: the staff only speaks Czech, you take a tray, point at the food you want (without always understanding what you order) and go all the way to the cash desk to pay and enjoy your meal. You will mostly find locals and can be sure that the food will be delicious for a very reasonable price (unlike many other places around the Astronomic clock). This is the place to taste an authentic beef goulash"

"A popular local cafeteria offering traditional Czech dishes at very affordable prices. Located near Wenceslas Square, it's a self-service restaurant where you can choose from classics like svíčková (beef in creamy vegetable sauce), pork with dumplings, or goulash. It's a great option for a quick, no-fuss meal that doesn’t sacrifice quality."
"It's a cheap self-service restaurant in a historical building. At the entrance you receive a piece of paper that will be marked when your order. You pay at the exit. Everyday: 10:00-20:00"
