What people say

Chelsea Papa
"Wormsloe is the oldest standing structure in Savannah and former colonial estate of Noble Jones. Most people visit for photos of the mile long avenue blanketed by oak trees. If you’re interested in learning more about the history of this site and its connection to slavery, there’s also a small museum and an interpretive nature trail. Only accessible by car. $10/person."

"Whenever I'm in Savannah, I always return to Wormsloe Historic Site. Wormsloe was a plantation built on 822 acres of land. The entrance may look familiar to you if you've seen the movie "The Last Song" with Miley Cyrus. The 1.5-mile-long road is famous for being canopied with giant oak trees. It's really a site to see. If you're a history buff, definitely check it out. "

"Wormsloe is a gorgeous plantation on the outskirts of town. It's a splendid place to walk around and tour the grounds, enjoying the views, trees and history that once was located here. "
