Casa Estudio Luis Barragán

Home of the iconic Luis Barragán, this house is essential to visit if you’re into architecture. This was his house and studio and one of many houses he designed. This house gives you a look into his design philosophy and if you tour the other houses he built in Mexico City (which I recommend), you will notice patterns. Get tickets in advance. 

Museo Casa Luis Barragán, the former residence of the renowned architect, showcases his innovative and influential design. This UNESCO World Heritage site is a must-visit for architecture enthusiasts.


Built in 1948, represents one of the most internationally transcendent works of contemporary architecture

You must reserve this one ahead of time. So worth the effort—I have a tattoo based on this house.
