Unlike the majority of playgrounds in Prague, this one is not situated on a piece of green land, surrounded by pretty buildings. If anything, it is surrounded by iffy-looking buildings, inside a courtyard that reminds you of an industrial, abandoned part of the city -- perhaps that is why we love it so much! Come soak up the super laid-back atmosphere created by young, hip families and a number of simple open-door cafes in these old industrial buildings (one of which used to be a pool!). Kids will enjoy the sandy playground while you can chill on beach chairs, listen to ambient music or play little beach volleyball.
