These islands are a bit more off the beaten path than the usual tourist trail of Mykonos and Santorini. They are WELL worth visiting and should be on every travelers list! This is a mini guide to Andros Island. I created this guide for people who may be Island hopping and want information about a specific island but not my whole 2 week itinerary guide. Since you may be mixing and matching islands, this will help you to plan for Andros! Andros is an incredible and definitely still lesser known and discovered Island. Andros still has villages with that cyclade charm that you're looking for, but it also has so much more. There are hiking trails, incredible beaches, great restaurants, wonderful people, and truly stunning sunsets. This guide will mostly include things that we personally did while in Andros, where we stayed and where we ate. It will also include future ideas and things I wish we'd had more time for on our stay. Things we'd surely do if we returned.
