Out of the two locations I personally prefer the one in Holesovice because it is smaller and with a quieter atmosphere. However, if you are around Vinohrady, their café there is also a very good choice, with an extensive menu that also contains vegan and gluten free options. Bistrot 8 in Holesovice serves a daily menu with one starter and one dish. Today for example, it was tomato cream with pesto and fried cauliflower, new potatoes, tater tots. They also serve a rich permanent menu during week days so you do not have to take a decision between having brunch or lunch. Among the numerous options, there are caesar salad with grilled halloumi, eggs benedict, BLT sandwich, poached eggs in herbed yoghurt or hummus with falafel. My all-time favorite from Bistro 8 is the quesadilla with beans and gouda, tomato salsa and sriracha mayo. And because it is not enough choice, if you come in the weekend between 10 and 3, they serve a special brunch menu with 5 dishes. "
