"1. Staff can be quite generous with pours! Be extra nice (or provide a tip) and you'll likely receive more pours than what you originally paid for. 2. Their almond sparkling wine is worth the hype and their golden metal award. 3. Best White: NV Variant Series White Cabernet Sauvignon 4. All sparkling wines are quite good, especially the coconut and mimosa. I was not a fan of watermelon though (linked below). 5. Best dessert wine: Decadencia® Chocolate 'Old Vine Zinfandel' "
