"Roscioli has become quite popular in the past decade, expanding their brand in Rome and even opening a store front in New York in 2023.
It's popularity has made reservations hard to come by and they now require a 25 euro deposit when booking (which they never used to).
BUT, the food is excellent. I tried three pastas here and I recommend you do the same. Cacio e pepe and carbonara were great. "
