This is a Sicilian gelato shop which also features Granita, the Sicilian Ice.
You can usually get two flavors if you like, but there are some rules. Strawberry and lemon are a great combo. Caffe is a classic. I get it with whipped cream on top!
Sicilians often serve their gelato in a Brioche, a small sweet bun, creating the BEST cake and ice cream you have ever had.
If you have not had a cannolo... they are not part of the Tuscan cuisine. So you need to find a Sicilian to try one.
Sit down inside and enjoy.
