"I recently stayed at Yndo Hôtel in Bordeaux and I must say, it was a luxurious experience. Set in a stunning 19th-century private mansion in the heart of the city's historic centre, the hotel boasts a beautiful fragrance garden and a shaded terrace that made for a chic yet peaceful stay.
The rooms at Yndo Hôtel are individually decorated with designer furniture, and are air-conditioned with a balcony and seating area. I appreciated the modern amenities, such as the satellite flat-screen TV, free WiFi, iPod dock, and coffee machine. The elegant en suite bathrooms were also a highlight, with complimentary toiletries.
I especially enjoyed the breakfasts and meals, which consisted of a selection of regional and seasonal produce from the market. The 24-hour room service and front desk were also very convenient.
The hotel's location, next to Gambetta Square and Cours de l’Intendance, made it a perfect base for exploring Bordeaux. I was able to easily walk to the Saint-André Cathedral and the City Hall, which were just a 15-minute walk away. Overall, I highly recommend Yndo Hôtel for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Bordeaux."
