Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Paris
@akhtarkhan
During my trip to Paris, I stayed at the Prince de Galles hotel which is situated just 200 m away from the iconic Champs-Élysées Avenue. It was a 12-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and only a 15-minute drive to the Parc des Princes Stadium, making it the perfect location for exploring the city.
The hotel had a beautiful Art Deco style, with an impressive mosaic decorated patio. My room was serviced by a lift and had all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a private bathroom with free toiletries, a shower, and a bathrobe. Some suites even offered a balcony with stunning views of Paris.
I enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning, and the 19.20 cocktail and culinary memoir bar offered a unique experience where I could savor Parisian-inspired food and beverages recipes. The hotel had recently opened the first European Akira Back restaurant, a gastronomic Japanese venue that was a must-visit for me during my stay.
The hotel had a fitness center and a hammam, which I had free access to. I also requested a massage treatment at an extra cost, which was definitely worth it. The staff was friendly and always available to provide me with tourist information. Overall, my stay at the Prince de Galles was unforgettable, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
