I would highly recommend taking a day trip to the Similan Islands. This is a natural wonder that has been closed for quite some time to preserve natural sea life & vegetation. It just reopened for public visitation last October. The Similan Islands consists of 11 islands located in the Andaman Sea. These islands are great for anyone who likes to explore or dive in remote places full of wildlife, especially since the water is crystal clear.

The Surin and Similan Islands are aquatic paradises, renowned for their vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life. Diving and snorkeling here offer unforgettable encounters with Thailand's underwater treasures, featuring stunning landscapes and rich biodiversity.

Similan Island is the most impressive set of Islands accessible from Phuket, blessed with incredible white sand and clear blue waters. But these are only open from November to May and are a bit far, 100 km northwest of Phuket in the Andaman Sea.

The Similan Islands consists of 11 islands located in the Andaman Sea. These islands are great for anyone who likes to explore or dive in remote places full of wildlife, especially since the water is crystal clear.

Comprising nine islands, this national park is famous for its incredible biodiversity, crystal-clear waters, and coral reefs, making it one of Thailand's top destinations for diving and snorkeling.
