Harukas 300

The Harukas 300 Observatory in Osaka holds historic significance as it is the tallest building in Japan, symbolizing the city's economic and urban development. It serves as a modern landmark that showcases Osaka's growth and prosperity as a major metropolitan center in Japan. The observatory also provides panoramic views of the city, attracting tourists and locals alike to appreciate Osaka's skyline and cultural heritage from a unique vantage point.

They also have a free observation deck that is decorated very beautifully throughout the year based on the season. Their coffee shops is one of my favorites and only costs around 500 yen for a cute bear latte!
