"The Centre Pompidou will blow your mind! The exterior of this contemporary building sets the tone. In fact, it was built “inside out”, exposing the building's innards - pipes, air conditioning, elevators, etc. - to the light of day. If Parisians found it hard to accept, today they're quite proud of it, and with good reason! Specializing in contemporary, twentieth- and nineteenth-century works, the center houses famous paintings by world-renowned artists such as Pablo Picasso, Frida Kahlo and Marcel Duchamp. A must-see in the heart of Paris. Expert tip: if you just want to admire the view without visiting the museum, that's also possible - just ask for a BPI ticket (for the library) and take the escalators! Second expert tip: admission is free on the first Sunday of every month! And all year round for European residents under the age of 25."
"Centre Pompidou is a hub for contemporary and modern art, housing an extensive collection of paintings, sculptures, installations, and more. Its distinctive architectural design, featuring exposed pipes and a colorful exterior, makes it a unique landmark. One of the highlights of Centre Pompidou is the rooftop viewing platform, which provides stunning panoramic views of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Montmartre. Ticket Prices: Adults: €14 Reduced Rate (18-25 years old from EU): €11 Children and Teens (Under 18): Free First Sunday of Each Month: Free access to the permanent collections. "
