Personalized Itineraries

👀 How it works:

1. Fill out a short questionnaire

This is a very important step to give me an idea of what your dream trip would look like, so I can create your itinerary as custom as possible. 👇🏽

2. Once I receive the questionnaire, I'll create a proposal on Thatch

The proposal includes:

- Introduction to your destination(s)

- Itinerary outline (a short overview, so you can imagine the whole trip)

- Transportation and accommodation details

- Notes. Things that require immediate booking or specific preparation

*One round revision is available.

3. Payments

- 50% of the cost is due once the proposal is accepted

- 50% is due at the final itinerary delivery

*All payments will be taken on the Thatch app through Stripe, the payment processor. 

4. Delivery

Your custom itinerary will be delivered to your email via a Thatch link within 2 weeks of the proposal approvals.

*If you need your itinerary sooner, a rush fee will be added to the final cost.

*While we aren't legally set up to book for you, we will make sure your itinerary has direct links for you to book all activities and reservations easily and conveniently.

💰 Investment

Base rate: $80 / day planned

Rush fee: 30-50% of the base rate
