What's not included

🔹 Only recommendations, no bookings. If you want me to book anything on your behalf, they are $5 per booking & will require you giving me a booking credit card & confirmation information.

Step 1: Fill out a short questionnaire

We begin by getting to know you, your travel preferences, and your desired destinations. We'll discuss your interests, budget, and any specific requirements you may have.

Step 2: Review the Proposal

Your proposal includes an itinerary outline, transportation details, and any activities that need immediate booking. We'll send this within 2-3 days. Includes one round of revision to ask me to change something or alter the timeline.

Step 3: Send us the Deposit

If you're happy with the proposal, send us the deposit. 50% of the cost is due once the proposal is accepted, and 50% is due at the final itinerary delivery.

For those travelling on 7, 8 or 9 day trips. Thanks for choosing me to help you plan your vacation! If you're here, it means you're happy with the proposal I sent you and would like to move forward with the final itinerary. Your final itinerary will include details about the locations, what to do, food recommendations, places to eat, hotel recommendations, how to get around, and relevant links for you to easily book your tickets and transfers. Total amount = $150 Deposit = $75 👉 Right now, you only need to pay a deposit - which is half of the total price of the package. The remaining amount can be paid on final delivery of the itinerary.

Step 4: Get your Final Itinerary

Your one-of-a-kind custom itinerary will be delivered to your email via a Thatch link within 10 days of receiving the deposit. Includes 2 complementary revisions to make changes.

This will include flight options, hotel options - plus some alternatives, recommendations & variations. This will also cover areas to explore, food to try, and experiences to do there.

If you need your itinerary sooner, a rush fee of $50 will be added to the final cost.
