The BEST Street Food in Mexico City! 🇲🇽
Here are all my FAVORITE places to try when you're in Mexico City!
TACOS
1. El Borrego Viudo

2. Tacos Frontera

3. Tacos El Hueqito - UNIQUE + DELICIOUS El Pastor Tacos

4. Tacos Los Cocuyos - Best Suadero Tacos (in my opinion!)

5. El Rey del Suadero

6. Los Especiales (famous for their traditional Tacos de Canasta for breakfast!)

Non-Taco Foods
1. Fonda Margarita - Best Beans I've ever had (and an array of traditional Mexican stews)! Get there early before the crowds arrive - they open starting at 5:30 AM and that's when you'll have all the selection available!

2. La Esquina Del Chilaquil - Make sure to get here early in the morning for their Torta de Chilaquil (a massive sandwich like none other)!

3. El Pescadito - Amazing seafood that can be found in the center of Mexico City!

4. Mariscos Orizaba - Although they may be famous for their tostadas (which are amazing), be sure to get their shrimp empanadas as well! The quality really surprised me once I tried them!

DESSERTS
1. PastelerĂa Ideal - The BIGGEST bakery I've ever been to in my life (might be the biggest in CDMX)! So much choice - and still frequented by the locals!

2. ChurrerĂa El Moro - One of the oldest and most incredible churro spots in Mexico City! Although they have branches throughout the city, the one listed here is the old-school original one - and you definitely get that vibe once you step in!

3. ChurrerĂa General de la RepĂşblica - Located in Coyoacán (which you will visit if you want to see Frida Kahlo's house), this is a great little churro stop in the south of the city!
