Must-visit destination: From north to south 🇦🇷

1. Northern Argentina: Salta, Jujuy & Tucumán 🌵

The jumping-off points to visit this region are Salta or San Salvador de Jujuy. Although they are the fastest way to connect the main attractions I left you a budget-friendly tip to book your flight on my 5-day trip to Northern Argentina.

Here you can stroll down Salta’s cobblestone streets lined with colorful colonial buildings, visit historic churches, and don't miss the view from Cerro San Bernardo after a cable car ride. In Jujuy you will discover the art of local traditions on every corner with their colourful “ponchos” and handmade jewerly and clothes. Do not forget to try the “tortillas” if you want to marvel at the exquisite local cuisine!

Of course the main attraction are the Salt Flats, located between Salta & Jujuy provinces. It’s a must-visit stop and you can also get the chance to meet local communities to learn all about their traditions and history!
