We stayed in Asakusa, which is a great place to stay because it is easily accessible from the airport, and it's easy to get to other locations when traveling in Tokyo. It's a historical neighborhood that has beautiful temples. Here are some options:
3 PM - This is the oldest and largest museum in Japan with over 120,000 art and archaeological objects from various parts of Asia. It closes at 5 PM (or until 7 PM on Fridays and Saturdays). They have lots of cool exhibits and a little garden behind the museum
5 PM - Great park to walk around with ponds and sculptures. The park not only holds the Tokyo National Museum, but other museums like the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum and National Museum of Nature and Science and a zoo!
7 PM - This is a Michelin Bib Gourmand known for soba noodles

Day 2: Tokyo
If you're a Disney fan, you CANNOT miss visiting Tokyo Disney! You can visit Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, or both! I decided to visit Tokyo DisneySea since it seemed more unique.
Tokyo DisneySea had tons of cute and delicious food! I got the shrimp ukiwa bun (lifesaver-shaped bun), pork rice roll, gyoza sausage bun, this dinner dish with a Woody-shaped rice, the green alien mochi, and an ice cream monaka (wafers sandwich). Everything was delicious!
11 AM - Tokyo Skytree was recognized by Guinness World Records as the tallest tower in the world. You can check out the observation deck as well as shop and eat in the cafes/restaurant
9 AM - This iconic place in Tokyo is one of the busiest crossings in the world. You can get a good view of the crossing from the Starbucks across the Shibuya station
11 AM - Known for its fish quality at a reasonable price. Lines can be long, so come early to get a ticket to wait in line. You can also make reservations for take-out
1 PM - Animal cafes are a must in Japan! We visited a bunny and hedgehog cafe, and it was an awesome experience! I had this place bookmarked, and I'm sure an owl experience would be amazing too!

teamLab Borderless: MORI Building DIGITAL ART MUSEUM
6 PM - This is a 1-star Michelin tempura restaurant. There are plenty of other Michelin-star restaurants in Tokyo to choose from! Alternatively, you can visit an onsen (hot spring) that has food. We visited the Odaiba Ōedo Onsen Monogatari, which was an awesome experience, but it is now closed :(
