Props for Hoi An Pictures

Nón Lá - the traditional Vietnamese hat, known for its conical shape is a great prop for pics in Hoi An and throughout Vietnam. It makes your photo unique and eye-catching, and it also shields your eyes as you walk through the bright Hoi An streets.

Áo Dài - one of the traditional Vietnamese outfits for women, the áo dài is elegant and versatile, a symbol of Vietnamese heritage. You can purchase them ready made in the Hoi An old town, or tailored specifically to fit you.

Bicycle - bicycles are one of the fastest ways to get around Hoi An without walking or calling a Grab (taxi/uber), but they also make for a visually appealing photo. You can take it up a notch by adding flowers if you have a basket on your bike.

Flowers - even without a bike, flowers are good props for photos anywhere (especially Hoi An)! You can purchase them on street corners from the vendors. Colors like yellow, blue, and pink match especially well in the Old Town.

Sunglasses - sunglasses protect your eyes (and are good as props), so they serve a double purpose in Hoi An, where the walls are bright and the sun is brighter. You can keep them on your face, in your hair, or just hold them to keep your hands occupied.
