Big Snake / Dragon temple ( Wat Phran Phran)
@Barbiegoestraveling
An hour outside of Bangkok, this dragon temple is so worth the trip. The temple is free to enter and is donation based if you wish to pray and leave an offering at the top. I absolutely loved it. The energy felt so spiritual and I was basically alone there.

Markets
Thailand is known for its markets. There, you will find some of the most amazing food as well as souvenirs and clothes. Markets are really one of my favourite things in Thailand.
Chatuchak Weekend Market
@Barbiegoestraveling
This market is only open on the weekends but is definitively worth the visit. It is the biggest market I've ever been to. You will find literally anything you want here. You can also eat and get massages.

King Power Mahanakhon
@Barbiegoestraveling
This is one of the tallest buildings in the world. At the top you have a 360 degrees view of Bangkok. Sunset is the best time to go because you can see the city gradually change color. It costs around 30USD but is so worth the money. I really had such an amazing experience there.

Ari - Neighbourhood
This is my favorite neighbourhood in Bangkok. It's more quiet and calm than the bustling Bangkok and is filled with aesthetic cafes, great restaurants and co-working spaces.
Ong Tong Khao Soi
@Barbiegoestraveling
This Michelin star restaurant's specialty is Khao Soi, a typical dish from Chiang Mai. It's really an amazing restaurant and very cheap.

The Yard Hostel Bangkok
@Barbiegoestraveling
This hostel is perfect for Bangkok. The staff is super friendly and it's a social hostel but not a party hostel. You have free breakfast every morning and it's located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood of Bangkok that has a lot of cute cafes. It's also a 2 minute walk to the sky train which takes you anywhere in the city. Definitively recommend.
