Day 1: Explore Old Town and Diocletian's Palace
Morning:
Diocletian's Palace: Start your day by exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Diocletian's Palace. This ancient Roman palace complex is the heart of the old town and houses numerous shops, restaurants, and historical landmarks.
Be sure to head up the tower of the Saint Domnius Cathedral for unparalleled views of Split!

Afternoon:
Park Šuma Marjan: After lunch, take a stroll to Marjan Hill. Enjoy the beautiful views of the city, coastline, and surrounding islands. Venture into Park Šuma Marjan for a leisurely walk or hike.
Evening:
Riva Promenade: Explore the Riva Promenade lined with cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's a great place to enjoy the evening, watch the sunset, and soak in the lively atmosphere.
Day 2: Day Trip to Trogir or Omiš
Option 1: Trogir
Take a day trip to the nearby town of Trogir. But first, start your morning with a visit to the Green Market, and make your way to Trogir afterwards for lunch.
Once you arrive to Trogir, wander through the well-preserved medieval streets, visit St. Lawrence Cathedral, and explore the Kamerlengo Fortress. The town is small, so it's perfect for a half-day visit.

Option 2: Omiš
If you are looking for something a little more adventurous, make your way over to Omiš! This picturesque city is known for some thrill-worthy activities, including rafting, ziplining, canyoning, and hiking.

Day 3: Day Trip to Hvar or Plitvice Lakes
Option 1: Blue Cave Tour/Hvar:
Join a boat tour to visit the famous Blue Cave on Biševo Island and other nearby attractions. The Blue Cave is known for its mesmerizing blue light caused by the sun's reflection. Many of these tour include a stop to Hvar as well.

If you prefer a full-day, self-guided adventure, without the boat tour, take a ferry to Hvar Island on your own. Explore the charming town of Hvar, visit the fortress, relax on beautiful beaches, and enjoy the vibrant nightlife.

Option 2: Plitvice Lakes
Plitvice Lakes is one of the highlights of everyone's trip to Croatia, and is definitely worth a visit! Since it is Croatia's largest national park, there is plenty to explore. The waterfalls and incredibly blue waters are just something else! You can either self-drive the 250km, or book a tour.
